Looking at it with fresh eyes was much better and I finished it up just in time to start using it this year. But you know how you make stuff and you have a vision for it but it doesn't quite look as good a you think? That is how I feel about this, but dang-it I am using it anyway too much work was put into it and the kids think it is tons-o-fun =)
Next time I will just buy one from Pottery Barn...

That is really cute! But I totally know how you start doing something and it looks sooo great in your head, then horrible on paper or whatever. Hence, I haven't done a creative project in forever! Ok, and also because 3 kids sucks all the energy out of me. And why am I looking at blogs when I should be paying attention to them?????
