Triathlon...Finally!!

I finally did my first triathlon! It was actually with the Senior Olympics but they open it up for all ages. My friend Kass did it with me and she totally rocked it!! She didn't even train and beat me by almost 15 minutes! I must say it was so much fun!!! It started with a 400 m swim and then we went to our bikes and did a 12-mile ride and then finished with a 5K.

After the race Trevi said "mommy one day me and you are going to run a race together and win because we have girl power." So cute.

Ezra was such a good supporter! Thanks so much to Ryan and Heather for coming and cheering us on!

My legs were so tired when the run started but I just had to keep moving even though I was slow.

Kass you rock! Thanks so much for doing this and I am looking forward to the next one!!

Lookie at what Ezzy can do...

Ezra just started doing this yesterday! It has taken us multiple attempts to actually get this video (Trevi keeps trying to step in front as you can see). He is getting so big! He will be one year old in two weeks!!

Happy Valentines Day!

I hope you all have a great Valentines Day! So far our day has been great thanks to Ryan. This is what I woke up to this morning.

He was so thoughtful! He made us breakfast and left me little notes all over the house with sweet thoughts on them. He decorated the house with streamers and rose petals. He gets an A+!!! I am so glad I married such a good man.

Trevi and I have been making sugar cookies since Sunday. She had a Valentines day party at school yesterday and today we have another party, for each we had 20 valentines to give out.

Have a great day!!

Catching Up...

It has been a while and I have lots of pictures to post since Ryan gave me a Cannon Rebel for Christmas! I love it and never would have dared to dream to ask for such a pricey present (being med students and all). But Ryan was so sweet and saved his Christmas and B-day money and got it for me. He brought me to tears on Christmas morning when I realized the selflessness that went into getting it for me. He is such a good guy =)

Here is what we have been up to this month:

It was our turn to host Murder Mystery. We had a blast and had no idea that Heather had mad knife throwing skills!

Nothing new here! Ezra is very thrifty,he doesn't like leftovers!!!

I have not been the best at doing Trevi's hair lately (lots of pony tails). Heather took pictures yesterday so I put some effort into her hair and had to take a picture so it would last longer!

Ezra loves using his walker and he goes really fast when he is naked! Once he gets the guts he will be walking.

Trevi is back in school and she loves doing School Time! Here she is doing homework with Daddy.

Ezra is into EVERYTHING! Now that we are in a new house nothing is child-proofed and I have to keep a close eye on him. He loves to look at me and laugh like he is so funny!

Trevi woke up one night in tons of pain with an ear infection. She ended up not sleeping at all. Ryan took her to the doctor in the morning and then she just wanted to get in her PJs. She ended up sleeping all day.
